Three Decks, Three Crystal Skulls. This time on what will become the new altar space. Take a look and feel out which one calls to you. Once you’ve picked the one that calls to you, scroll down for the reading.
From left to right, the skulls are as followed – Sodalite, Unakite, and Rose Quartz. We are using the Haindl Tarot, Deviant Moons Tarot, and the Celtic Tarot.
Let’s get started.

LEFT
Sodalite has been used to help improve confidence in our judgement and intuition, and it has helped artists with their expressive potential. Confidence, expression, and intuition is the name of the game.
Some believe with some cosmic events – like the new moon that is coming up or the upcoming solar flares – there are new energies. Sometimes they are called ‘shifts’ or ‘downloads’ that may give us some inspiration, or insight into some problems or limiting beliefs.
It seems that you may have some heightened intuition this week that will allow you to release some baggage and start on another period of transformation – in alignment with this new moon. That is the major theme for you, to release the old and connect more with your intuition and with spirit.
CENTER
Unakite is a Jasper with a mix of pink and green – Both colors are related to the Heart Chakra. It has a gentle and uplifting energy that assists in releasing deep seated emotions and habits.
Interestingly enough, the male character in this card – Two of Cups reversed – has a skull rather than the moon-like face typically featured in this deck.
This card hints that there might be some stress placed on blockages related to the heart Chakra. There is some frustration either with your partner or an aspect of yourself. There is a disconnect here to be addressed. The best remedy for this situation would be to slow down and listen. This may require some patience and perhaps a gentle invitation to talk if this is a partner, friend, or family member.
RIGHT
This is Rose Quartz. This is a stone associated with the Heart Chakra – compassion and forgiveness as well as unconditional love.
The triumphant looking Ace of Swords from the Celtic Tarot is paired with the Rose Quartz Skull. The upcoming New Moon seems present here as to give you inspiration with new ideas and insights, fresh as the air after a storm. With intellect and renewed zeal, you will be ready to take on the obstacles ahead of your goals. It is an auspicious time for creating new and beautiful things.
